A styling consultation typically takes about 2 hours to complete. It’s a verbal consultation, so grab your notepad or your voice recorder! Nik will have you show him all areas of the property as he formulates a plan for each space. He will then take you back through each area inside and out, giving his recommendations while you take notes. Bringing a fresh buyer’s perspective, Nik will suggest thoughtful changes and smart re-arranges that will help create the ultimate experience for potential buyers shopping for a new home. No pressure at all. You get to decide how much of the list you are willing and/or able to implement.

$250 | Up to 2 hours of expert guidance ($25 each 15 minutes thereafter)

Once you've finished following Nik's recommendations, he can come by your home right before the photo shoot to make final adjustments and ensure everything is camera-ready ($125.00 hour)

Nik is here to help you with furniture placement, a new paint color, or transforming your space to create that "wow" factor you are looking for. Nik can provide an in person consultation ($125.00 hour) or virtual consultation ($100.00 hour)
