Our staging consultation is verbal, so you may want to take notes or record a voice memo on your phone. A consultation typically takes about 2 hours to complete. Nik will view all areas of the property and then formulate a plan for each space. He will take you through each area inside and out, giving his recommendations while you take notes. You get to decide how much of that list you are able and/or willing to implement.
Before our consultation, Nik suggests making a list of any questions or concerns you have. No need to clean or rearrange, and don’t start packing away stuff! Nik needs to see everything available to work with. He’ll take it from there!
